These frames were created for the end of the Sports Centre timeline spot. We pull out from a red world revealing that we were in the Sports Centre red ball logo the entire time. The camera then pulls back to reveal the logo, then we shoot back in to reveal the rest of the footage in the commercial spot.
HONDA CIVIC 14
These frames are for the Civic 14 best year in a row for the Toronto Auto Show. In this spot we see a Honda civic travelling through different worlds of hovering colored circles, exiting from one world into another while showcasing different angles of the vehicle as it drives across the screen. At the end of the commercial spot the colored balls come together to create the logo and showcase the vehicle.
In this bright and colourful spot for Gain Flings, I added new depth and body, taking it from flat 2D to a premium 3D design. Filling each frame with vivid, eye-catching colour, we have highlighted the fresh, clean feel of Gain laundry detergent.
These frames were created for a pitch of a “Hollywood Suite” package. This package contained two different channels, one being “Festival” which is a channel who plays independent/artistic films; and “Storm” which is a channel who plays action/suspense/adventure films. These frames were meant to portray the personality and essence of each television channel.
CPAC Questions Period
Frames completed for the CPAC television show “Question Period” introduction. Shows three-dimensional triangle’s floating through space with various photos of different political figures on them. I used a neutral color scheme of green and grey so as to not support any specific political party. At the end of the spot we see lines of text in both English and French float in from either side of the screen showcasing the final title.
Frames completed for the CPAC television show “Scrums” introduction. Images appear within shapes made by various thin lines on the screen. Images are in full color and show different political figures within the House of Commons. At the end of the spot, 3D characters fly through space at different angles to create the title in both English and French in the aforementioned world.
Two designs for a broadcast television print book. I used dynamic designs to depict different and unique frames to represent modern television and commercial broadcasting.
